General chemical project set up for the record needs to be submitted to the five aspects of the material, specific as follows:
　　1, industrial construction project safety production conditions demonstration report for the record (in 3 copies, a copy of the electronic version);
　　2, safety production conditions demonstration report; safety production conditions demonstration report shall include the following:
　　(a) the inherent risk and harmful factors of the construction project on the safety of production;
　　(two) the impact of construction projects on the production activities of the surrounding facilities, units and the safety of the residents' lives;
　　(three) the influence of the surrounding facilities, unit production activities and the residents' lives on the safety production of construction projects;
　　(four) the influence of local natural conditions on the safety production of construction projects;
　　(five) other content required to be demonstrated.
　　3, feasibility study report;
　　4, a copy of the business license (newly established enterprises to provide industry and commerce to provide the name of the relevant information);
　　5, the project location planning permission document.
